We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
4. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display accurately the colors and images of our products, but cannot guarantee your device's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and to change descriptions or pricing at any time.
5. Product Use, Compatibility and Safety
Our products contain a lithium battery and are not toys. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Read and follow the instructions and safety warnings included in the box before using the product.
- Use the product only on vehicles within the compatibility range stated on the product page. The jump start function is for 12V vehicles only and is not for 24V vehicles.
- Not use the product near flammable or explosive materials, and keep it away from water and from children.
- Recharge the unit after every emergency use.
- Stop using the product and contact us if it overheats, swells, or makes abnormal noises.
A jump start may not work if your vehicle's battery is damaged or very old, or if the vehicle has other mechanical or electrical faults. Results can vary with temperature, battery condition, and engine size.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information.
7. Shipping and Returns
Shipping times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We are not responsible for third-party content, materials, or websites linked from our site.
